Terms of Use
comet.cat is an analytics site for Robinhood Chain, operated by an individual in the United States ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. What comet.cat is
comet.cat reads a public third-party analytics dashboard and presents it as charts and tables, and provides a non-custodial interface for swapping and bridging tokens through a third-party protocol. It is an information and interface tool. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet, or financial institution.
We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys at any point.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. We are not licensed to give advice and we are not doing so. Any decision you make is yours alone. Do your own research and consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.
3. The data may be wrong
All figures come from a third-party public analytics dashboard and a third-party market feed. We do not produce, audit, or verify that data, and we have no control over it.
The data is a daily aggregate, not a live feed. The date shown in the interface is the last day the dataset covers. Figures may be delayed, incomplete, or simply incorrect. We make no warranty that anything shown is accurate or current.
4. Features that are not live
Some screens are marked "not yet live". Those features do not exist yet, are not promised, and may never ship. Nothing on this site should be read as a commitment to deliver a feature.
5. Swapping and bridging
Swap and bridge are executed by Relay Protocol, a third party, using the wallet you connect. We do not take custody, do not route or match orders ourselves, and do not control quotes, fees, slippage, or settlement.
Every transaction you sign is your own. On-chain transactions are irreversible. You accept the risk of loss from price movement, slippage, failed or stuck transactions, smart-contract defects, and any fault in a third-party protocol, bridge, or RPC endpoint.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and every transaction you sign.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using the site must be lawful there.
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape abusively, or gain unauthorised access to it.
- You are responsible for any tax arising from your activity.
7. Availability
The site is provided as-is and as-available. It is a personal project. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice, and we do not promise any level of uptime, support, or data retention.
8. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, tokens, or data, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, arising out of your use of the site — including losses from trading, from relying on data shown here, or from any third-party protocol. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Third-party links and services
The site links to and loads resources from third parties, including analytics and market data providers, a swap and bridge protocol, a wallet-connection service, a web font service, image CDNs, a block explorer, and a Robinhood Chain RPC endpoint. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. None of this affects mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
